Updates to the Rental Bonds Portal (August 2026)
The ACT Revenue Office has made updates to the Rental Bonds Portal to identify historical bonds with rb@act.gov.au listed as the contact email address for a tenant or lessor.

There will be ongoing maintenance for this update over the weekend. If you encounter difficulties raising refunds for historical bonds, please contact the Rental Bonds Office on Monday 10 August. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you.
